✧—  It’s warm and sunny back home, but here it’s starting to get a little dark, and the gloaming makes promises of rain overnight. He’s far enough from his sisters now that he can barely feel their presence and itches to go farther still, but Ezreal wants to sit and think for a little while. The First Star promised him that the universe would be his playground, and for a while that seemed awfully appealing, but when the whole universe is a playground, there’s little adventure to be had.

     Especially when he’s expected to save the universe from the Void every fortnight, seriously. Pausing in his search, Ezreal draws his legs up and sits midair, higher than the tallest building, and turns his gaze to the stars that begin to glow. Yuuto flies off into the distance, in search of adventure or food, and returns a few minutes later to nestle himself into Ezreal’s gauntlet. All the while, Ezreal is still. Sigh.
