That’s fair and I will always respect the choice of people not watching the show. But on Tumblr and on twitter it seems to have a culture of ‘’being better’’ if you decided not to boycott the show I am not pointing at you or anyone, just a vibe that if you still love the show it is because you didn’t understand how much 4x13 hurt. 

And like...I get it. I do. But I do not process my grief like that and want to continue to support the actors and creators of the show.

 Me watching won't change anything to their rating cause SYFY is so American exclusive that I have to stream illegally to watch it live from Canada. So I never felt I had an impact in the viewership anyway

I have an impact on the fandom by saying how much I adore everyone who participates and where we acknowledge some people are hurt without pretending it is dead because some left due to trauma (which is valid and I respect) I just don't like the tone of ‘’no way people still watch the show’’ because I will and I am. 

I love the magicians. Despite what happen in 4x13. It's imperfect and I am critical of it. Hell my whole podcast Fillorian United is to look at it and critic the shit out of it. But you can still acknowledge how something isn't perfect and decide to enjoy the part that helps you.

But seeing Fen grow into the woman she became made me want to be strong and Kind. 

Seeing Julia heal from trauma made me realize that I could too.

 Seeing Kady deciding she wanted to be the master of her story and not be a sidekick made me want to be like that.

 Seeing Margo fighting herself in the desert and going out stronger made me realize that having breakdown sometimes makes you more aware of who you are.

 Seeing Eliot face his shame and apologize made me have a discussion with my therapist about an abusive ex and the shame I had about getting myself into that - then starting to forgive myself for my mistake.

 Seeing Queliot at the mosaic with Arielle and Rupert reminded me that family comes in a different way and it is ok. 

And I could go on and on about things that the magicians brought to me and made me a better person because of it

Yes they fucked up from 4x11 to 4x13 in my opinion. But there is three and a half season that I adore and I am excited to see more of the rest of the cast acting.
