I don't tend to reply to comments and I generally don't expect authors to reply to mine, so it's always a little heartwarming when they do (especially if it's more than just a 'thank you for commenting').

Are you likely to comment if the author will reply or does their behaviour affect your commenting behaviour?

I'm so curious about this. So please, share and help me figure out if I need to be better at replying!

i work at a cafe! i started at the start of the summer its cute but my managers are a bit (very) disorganized. hmmm horror stories once the kitchen guy (hes a year older and extremely shy like so quiet) cut his finger quite deep and came to me (my managers were upstairs i was by myself on rhe cafe floor) and very mousey said that he cut himself and i patch him up and find blood and the kitchen tap, a soup bowl, a knife yeah....
