My life has changed so much since the last time I’ve posted here, and apparently so has Drake’s! After he released More Than Friends I knew he was focusing more on his gaming channel than music really, and unfortunately because I get very sick to my stomach when playing or watching video games, I haven’t really been able to keep up with his gaming channel, which really sucks because I was planning on making gifs of funny moments from his let’s plays, but my nausea has been getting worse over the years to the point that watching let’s plays isn’t really an option for me anymore. I’ve got a doctor’s appointment coming up soon though, so hopefully I can be put on some kind of medication to remedy that. I have fallen so far behind and there’s no way I’m going to catch up now, so I’ll watch videos when I can, though gif sets and other posts may be sparse. 

The other big change is Drake seemingly moving on from Catching Your Clouds, which is incredibly saddening to me, though I completely understand why. What Mr. Snakey Snake has done is entirely unforgivable. It’s not fair. But even in all of that, I have to say that I have infinite respect for Drake for keeping his composure and handling everything the way he did. 

Catching Your Clouds has really meant a lot to me for so long and Drake’s art has shaped who I am, and honestly, I don’t know who I’d be if not for his music. I’ve been an avid listener and supporter since about February 2013 and I feel like I’ve grown up with him. I respect him so much as an artist and who he is as a person, and I wish him luck in his new project, Flatline. I’m working on a little project to kind of say goodbye to CYC and welcome Flatline to the spotlight, and I’ll probably go into more detail in those posts when they come.

But yeah, sorry for the long read and I hope everyone’s having a good day. I’ll be posting as often as I can!
