NO HESITATION. a clenched fist like lightning struck the other angel across the jaw. the zealous one did not even speak, nor otherwise address castiel’s presence. he saw it usually as hateful, dishonorable to strike even an enemy unaware, let alone one of his own brothers (but he’s had A LOT of practice now, hasn’t he?). immediately he raised his palms in a gesture of peace.

The single greatest source of inspiration is probably just getting in character while observing his canon ---- watching a scene or even a gifset and getting into Cas’s brain and his heart and feeling him. What is he thinking while doing/seeing/experiencing thing x? How does this relate to everything else I know about him? I love doing that, becoming him and just figuring him out that way.

The inspiration for things like hcs, anyway!

When thinking of rp ideas... it can be anything. I might see something in some other fictional story, be it a whole storyline or just an atmosphere or a dialogue, and adapt that into Cas’s story.

             he SEEKS out, immerses himself, surrounds himself with BEAUTY; he is conscious of his DEPENDENCE upon those who create it----like the DEVIL, or like he, who re-creates it in his loyal and GIVING BRIDES. very LITTLE matters apart from this, including THE ANGEL CASTIEL. a body, writhes still on his STONE table, warm, flesh, crimson pouring from a gaping hole in his neck------- and a NON-BELIEVER. dracula wipes his mouth with his sleeve. there was no way he would truly share his meal, but the FUN was in LYING about it.
