Girls night included a delicious dinner made by Jenn (I๏ธ actually didnโt cook a thing which was totally a delightful change of pace ๐), card games, wine and THIS wine which was another delightful change of pace. @amarone_della_valpolicella @pasquawines #amarone is made with the Appassimento Process. This Italian term means that the grapes are harvested and dried for several weeks allowing the fruit to develop unique flavor characteristics before crushing and fermentation. While big and bold, itโs also well rounded and, to me, was easier to drink than a Cabernet, for instance.
