DI LAVEZZI IS LEGIT AF
Just to clear something up first, I ship Pocho with everyone kinda? (so far I’ve written Pocho/Masche, Pocho/Gago, and I’m still writing Pocho/Veratti, but I’ve headcanoned Di Lavezzi before too) because everyone that meets him falls in love with him at least a little?
But Di Lavezzi is a lot Realer, allow me to explain:
they’re roomies when the national team meets up
they were together at Rosario Central when they were kids (from 1995-2003, Pocho was 10 when they met, Angelito was 7, oh gosh babies)
they probably made fun of Maxi Rodriguez together, because he’s from Newell’s and they’re Rosario Central kids
they were both called up for the 2008 Olympic team, along with Kun and Leo, which they won
Pocho is super outgoing and Angelito is super shy, which means:
Pocho brings him out of his shell, makes him laugh so hard and so loudly that people turn around and stare
Angel is very responsible so he keeps Pocho in check when he gets too enthusiastic
they’ve known each other since they were kids, so any masks they try to put up don’t really work anymore and so they always know when the other needs cheering up
Pocho takes any opportunity to poke and prod at Angel, or throw himself at him or pull him into a hug or kiss him on the cheek when Angel isn’t quick enough to push him away
because Angel has Boundaries, but they’ve never applied to Pocho anyway
In conclusion, Di Lavezzi is cute as heck and everyone should ship them.
