Ingredients in our health food are not as healthy as you think they might be.  These foods are portrayed as Health products.  And they use this phrase as another way for the food industry to add these ingredients to aid in getting you addicted to the product.

Sugar and/or HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) are a big player in getting people addicted to the sweetness of food. Along with many other foods preservatives. These ingredient types have been known to cause many different types of ailments such as headaches, migraines, blurry vision, achy joints. Â The other ingredient that is very prevalent in todayâs shakes and is bad for you in 99/100 times.
All of these products listed above are not in the 7.2 shakes. They are vegan and healthy for you.
