#cascade bonsai

June 16 pt.2 More trees from Plant City Bonsai Nursery. Especially enjoyed the cascade and the Bald Cypress forest.

Alright, well I decided to go ahead and try to help the aerial roots make it back to the soil. I also chopped off the branch that was growing upwards. Realized it was unnecessary and I like where this is going now.

Cascade ficus progression pictures. First two pictures are the cutting roughly three months old. Now, less than a year later, the wire that I'm using to bend the tree is about the same size the tree was.
