Oh my god these two. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 We’ve got a taste of their relationship in the earlier chapters, but now we got to see how they actually are. I did expect that Kayden would have a rival at some point. Getting it now is so friggin good. I love Cartien so much.

And really, teaching Cartien the transformation technique is hitting more than two birds at once. If Kayden teaches Cartien, as a healer that means he could figure out how to get Kayden back to his human form permanently. I’m hoping that’s how it goes. But having Cartien trapped as another animal? Im wouldn’t say no to those interactions either. If Cartien’s a cat, I could just see him as a Persian. Just imagine how majestic he’d look. 🤣🤣🤣 Also, I bet he’d pick one that would just spite Kayden.
