Caribbean Breeze
Poem Written By: Bridney Casillas
Take me back to the tropical times
Laying on the beach
Watching personas go by
Sipping on my smoothie drink
A mango blend with a hint of pink
Sand upon the shore
Ocean blue sky I adore
How could I ask for more
This island is never a bore
Footprints imprinted on the sand
Collecting rocks from this sacred land
Pastel sunsets of Havana
Tropical waves of Santo Domingo
Looking so pretty
So sweet, so lovely
Warm breeze from San Juan flowing through my hair
Landscapes of Bayamon, please take me take me there
I love the tropical ocean of the Caribbean sea
That's where I want to be
Sunsets of the islands
Colors that blow your mind,People are dancing the salsa
Hips moving fast, da de de da da
As the colorful hummingbirds fly
They leave trails of love in the sky
Coquis singing their melody deep in the night
Who wouldn't want to be in a tropical paradise?
Where you can relax and unwind
Playing on the beach all the time
Moonlight down here in Santa Cruz
Wonderful music carrying out a tune
Forests of Rio Grande stretching to infinity
Nature's showing off it's beauty
Feeling the Caribbean breeze
Wind flowing through the trees
Take me to paradise
Where nature and love combine
