Hello followers! Today I went to run again! Yeah!!!

I ran 4km in 18 minutes and walked about 2,5km in 25 minutes (some passages in the plan and others in climb).

Tomorrow I'll run again. And my goal is to run the same 4km.

Starting to run

Today I finally started to run! Yeah! I'm so glad!

I woke up early, wore my gym clothes, picked up my phone and went running down the street.

I ran 2km in 12 minutes and walked about 1,5km in 15 minutes.

I'm not yet a big runner, but the must important is start and I did this today!

Tomorrow I'm planning to do the same training... Maybe I'll run one more km. I don't know ...
