How did they they meet?: dance class. they were probably the type of girls who were put in a ballet class when they were two years old, and they met and befriended each other there. they’ve been inseparable ever since.

Who developed romantic feelings first?: vanessa. she started crushing on carly back in middle school - you know, when everything starts to change and you start feeling things - but she was all embarrassed and uncomfortable about it bc a) first crush, and b) she’s crushing on a girl and also her best friend

Who is their biggest “shipper?”: sasha. he probably writes fanfiction for them on the school blog.

When did they have their first kiss and under what circumstances?: they were rehearsing a routine for their dance class at keaton and somehow they got really close together and vanessa kissed carly. this was in carly’s house, though, so vanessa quickly got embarrassed, running away and attempting to leave entirely, but carly stopped her and admitted to liking it.

Who confessed their feelings first?: vanessa.

What was their first official date?: they probably went out to eat. nowhere fancy, but it was just the two of them, and it was a little awkward since they were no longer going out as just friends. (but it still ended with carly kissing vanessa goodnight when she dropped her off at her house.)

How do they feel about double dates/group dates?: they don’t mind, it actually makes things less awkward for them. though that may change as they get older, of course.

What do they do in their down time?: cuddle, probably. sit around in lose sweats and watch tv together. sometimes carly will make something for them in the kitchen and vanessa will hear her humming something and smile. (and promptly comment that c should’ve gone to keaton for singing, not dancing. carly just blushes.)

What was the first meeting of parents as an official couple like?: not bad, ‘cause both pairs of parents already knew the other girl since they were friends growing up. there was a little bit of added awkwardness bc they’re dating now, but both of their parents were surprisingly accepting of them.

What was their first fight over and how did they get past it?: probably another dance class-related fight where carly got jealous of vanessa’s higher ranking and putting her new friends before her. carly gave vanessa the cold shoulder all day and locked herself in her room when she came home. vanessa went over to her house (carly’s mom let her in) and went up to carly’s room. carly let her in and vanessa apologized repeatedly and carly just sighed and accepted her apology, saying, “you’re too cute to be mad at.” vanessa blushed.

Which one is more easily made jealous?: vanessa, surprisingly. but that’s probably bc of the whole sasha thing. (though, really, how could they not know that he’s actually gay?)

What is their favourite thing to get to eat?: vanessa really likes healthier foods like strawberries and carrots. carly’s guilty pleasure is chocolate, but she can’t have it often since too much sugar is bad for you. (but vanessa just tells her to have it, she’ll burn the calories off in dancing anyway. she just wants to see her girlfriend happy.)

Who’s the cuddly one? What their favourite cuddling position?: vanessa really likes cuddling. they don’t spoon or anything, but vanessa likes to sit on the couch next to carly, her head nuzzled into her neck, arm wrapped around her waist.

Are they hand holders?: yes. they’d hold hands a lot in the hallway even before they dated, so that didn’t change at all when they began to date officially. (though, maybe they started holding hands just a little bit more...)

How long do they wait before sleeping together for the first time? What’s the circumstances?: they don’t sleep together till their last year of college, though really it’s nothing romantic. they’re both on a high from a recital, and tensions just get to be too much so they break them by sleeping together. it’s both of their first times.

Who tops?: carly.

What’s the worst first they’ve ever gotten into?: first time getting caught? not that their relationship is a secret or anything, but one day they forget to lock the door to their dorm and sasha walks in to see carly straddling vanessa, trailing kisses and bites down her neck. he can’t look either of them in the eyes for a week.

Who does the shopping and the cooking?: both really like to shop. carly does the cooking.

Which one is more organized and prone to tidiness?: vanessa

Who proposes?: they both do. and it’s really awkward bc carly takes vanessa out and both have rings hidden in their bags and carly’s the first to get into this whole speech about their time together, but vanessa kind of cuts her off, and chances are when the question is finally asked they both say it in unison before laughing. (and then they probably both wear engagement rings bc they cost so much and they’re so pretty and, yeah.)

Do they have joined Bachelor/Bacheloette parties or separate?: separate (though are bachelorette parties really needed when either could give the other a lap dance any time they want?)

Who is the best man/maid of honour? Any other groomsmen or bridesmaids?: sasha’s the man of honor for both of them, probably. i’m not really sure who’d be their bridesmaids.

Big Ceremony or Small?: small. they don’t like big, extravagant parties.

Do they have a honeymoon? If so, where?: yes, hawaii. carly’s always wanted to go there, so vanessa makes sure she does.
