Hm. Nope!
There are some games I luck out on (I think Fire Emblem games tend to treat me pretty well in particular!) but for the most part I'd say I'm average to below average lucky.

80!! A rare!!! AND it's cursed!!!
Hmm...I don't... really have any that stick out in the way that makes villains 'best' to me atm! I'm a HUGE fan of the campy, unrepentantly evil and selfish but fully aware of it types (think Powerpuff Girls' Him, One Piece's Doflamingo, Little Mermaid's Ursula). And those types tend to be resistant to really good video game narratives bc they don't WANT to change 'for the better' and the alternative (usually dying) doesn't usually get written as memorable.
But! An antagonist that is very compelling is definitely the one from Great God Grove! The path to hell being paved with good intentions and all that c: Folds well into the narrative, really makes a strong statement to the overall message the game is trying to provide, AND keeps the somewhat silly game tone very well most of the way through! Excellently handled just the way everything in GGG is c:

As an apparent Gamer, I've had games around me pretty much all the time! There isn't one that really sticks out but I've got lots that are region locked to periods of my life!
My earliest ones that leave a strong impression are the Pokemon Silver/Gold/Crystal group! One of my favorites as a kid. C:
