Hihi! last drawing of July and I've tried something new with my art style (mostly because i tried to repercate the Adventures of care-a-lot series art style and decided to mix some things i learnt from that with how i personally draw care bears)
So this is a personal redesign i did because I've been on a care bears kick lately (mostly AICAL. whitch I grew up with. witch, rewatching some of the episodes made me realise funshine in that series…needs therapy to say the least /hj)
as for the redesign (beware, tons of yapping). It's mostly inspired by 2000s to 2010s series (and a "Yes and" to the blushie thing being differnt. in the newest series.) The cap is from AICAL because it's too iconic to get rid of for me. The bow tie is to show the more "jokester" personallity (with the flower being from the opening from AICAL…you can tell that I have a bias for that series hehe.) and the Hetrochromia is inspired by how sometimes (in merch and AICAL show and CGI movie) Funshine's eyes are seen as Orangey yellow, while other times they're red. (my headcanon is that he has hetrochromia but hids it with contact lenses.) the spikey pattern on him is for rule of cool tho. soo yee!
