To say he was nervous to see Cardelle was an understatement after what he had been hearing amongst the vampires. Usually Blaidd wouldn’t think much of the other being late to their regular meet up or even if Card didn’t show for whatever reason, but this time he couldn’t help his worry. The other was one of the few friends Blaidd had left outside other feeders he didn’t mind being around, and the occasional relatively alright vampire. 

He let out almost a breath of relief when he saw the other waiting for him, offering a relieved smile as he walked over. “Man am I glad to see you.” Blaidd spoke, drawing closer. The feeder’s face was covered in its usual smattering of cuts and bruises, neck littered with old and new bite marks that Blaidd had long since given up trying to hide.

Card: Don’t text back, this number won’t be active anymore

Card: I need you to promise me you’ll look after Brina for me.

Card: And I just wanted to say it’s been a pleasure riding with you brother. We’ll do it again some day, I promise.

Daniel: Don’t you fucking joke with me right now.

Daniel: CARD.....Please..I’m serious. I don’t know what this is about but if you’re thinkin about leaving..don’t. We can fix this messed up situation just like we’ve fixed everything else.

/ten minutes later/

Daniel: At least tell me where you’re going? Have you told Gabriel?

Daniel: Shit. I can’t do this without you, man.....I don’t want to do this without you. It doesn’t- it doesn’t make sense, okay?

Landing at the Asylum wasn’t among his weekend plans. Hell..it wasn’t even a plan to begin with -but this swit change in lans was more commonplace than one might intially think; especially among scouts. Vamp blood was pretty pressing right now. They were low on it ..more and more every single day that went by, and the window of opportunity to get their hands on it was scarce, so Daniel did not think he had much of a choice there. At least not in his book.

Being rash..and perhaps (even more) foolish, Wright had managed to sneak his way past the doors and followed the leads on his phone until he came across what he was looking for. There..in what seemed like some kind of back room. And take it, he did. That’s for damn sure. But as fate would have it, when Daniel had tried to go back the exact way he came from, something changed and things just ..went downhill from there.

Soon he would find himself in deep shit: trapped, and what is worse, with a bleeding wound impeding his walking. Not that walking was helping anyway. He was fucking lost, alright. So, amidst all chaos..he hid somewhere and texted one of the few people he trusted.

"If they needed me..sure. But it depends on who's askin', right? I might have no choice."

Daniel wasn’t sure what he expected coming out here. Nothing good..he’d assumed but..at least, at least he would have hoped to know what went on for all those days. It was not that he didn’t trust him but...yeah. He’d been worried.

Having stuffed a large bag with every medical supply they could part ways with, some food, clothes and the knife Asher had asked for, thus, the scout finally climbed up the steps to the front door. He waited there..much like he had with Cordelia, and paused to hear any voices from the inside before he delivered three hard knocks -- “Card!? Ash!? It’s me...Daniel!” he called, exhaling as he took a slight step back. “Brought ya the stuff..want me to uh, leave it out here?” After all, he thought, they might just not be up for visitors.

“..oh so I gotta lie now? Bold of you to assume there’s anythin’ good about you, buddy.”

"Ready whenever you are, creep."

"Can we? We are so overdue to be fair. First round on me yeah?"
