My man helping me with my VCD end of year Major. We got onto a rooftop in the city to get some shots for my school assignment. We get to the rooftop, have a look around, wave at tourists in the building across the road from us. Took a look around. And then we started shooting. I looked over the edge at one stage just to see if anyone was looking up or anything and we saw police car driving towards the building we were on top of. Little to say, we shit ourselves, quickly packed our shit and ran down 29 sets of stairs. When we got to the bottom, we saw the cop car stopped right out the front of the building but the police were no where to be seen. We walked back to the train station and went home. I started with a sunset over Lake Burley Griffin in Canberra ACT and turned it into the first Cowl for the Trade Winds Collection. I love that a short moment in time can be captured on camera, then the memories can be taken and woven into cloth.
