#captioning issue

I give up on trying to make a complete post on the issues in dan and phil's captions. Like, there was definitely an improvement since the beginning, but I still notice a lot of mistakes, and the captions often aren't uploaded at the same time as the videos, and also they disappear when I try to watch a downloaded video without internet on the patreon app (that last one is presumably a patreon issue, not anything Dan and Phil did, but it is a major accessibility issue so it's worth mentioning). And there are more things that I've forgotten about. But every time I try to compile it all I get lost because like, I have literally no idea what's going on, why are there (allegedly) two different "auto-generated" caption tracks on the patreon videos in the app? I think the UK one is the real one, but why does it say it's auto-generated? Like... is it auto-generated? And. I cannot emphasize this enough. why do the caption tracks have different names when I use the patreon website?
