Conspiracy: Take the Crown draft. I have a Leovold's Operative face-up. Fifth-pick, I see a pack with Spire Phantasm and Custodi Peacekeeper, and I want to use my Operative. Do I draft the cards separately? More specifically, can I take the Phantasm, say "The next card taken out of this pack will be Custodi Peacekeeper", then take Custodi Peacekeeper? And what number does the Peacekeeper have on it?

Leovold’s Operative has you draft the two cards together. Neither is drafted from the pack before the other.
