His mother had always chided him when he pleaded to go to the village square and listen to tales of the mainland, and of the time when Illis citizens could travel freely- to Triple to the east, or The City of Emosk in the West.

Christopher’s favorite tale was of how the Great founders of Triple and Emosk had been Illis explorers, long ago.

But alas, Illis was so out of touch with the mainland, Christopher doubted that even half of what he had heard was true. Christopher glanced at the Blue witch out of the corner of his eye, Her sapphire blue eyes were turned towards the sea now.

Christopher yearned to go to her, and ask her many questions of her magic, but he could not. He had no way of knowing whether she would turn him in to be executed, or keep his deadly secret. At worst Christopher guessed she already suspected.

For the BPC I think the best thing is to keep it one word. It sets you apart from the other ones, and I personally think it makes it easier to think of something to photograph.

I like the one word prompts. It means I have to really think about what I'm going to do.

As for the first point: I love that your challenges are just one word :D it's what makes yours stand out and I really think you should keep it. I loved the March one and I'm definitely joining you in April. As for joining a BPC yourself: Why not do your own? It's what I did in February when I hosted a readalong and photo challenge (: As for the design: I would keep it simple. If you want an advice or opinion on this, let me know!

Well. :3 I didn’t know the one word prompts were liked so much! Alright, I think I’ll keep them as they are. ♥

Also: I have done my own BPC! And I fully intend to again! I definitely would keep the design simple, too, if I decided to change it. I’m just not sure what style of simple I’d switch it to.

If you still have enough words left, I'd say keep the challenge like it is (I personally thought about doing one and couldn't come up with something unique and you have it there). Most of the other stuff, I can't really comment on, cause I'm not in the US, and don't do read-alongs etc. But do whatever you feel like doing! (Also always yes to new pictures. We desperately need new pictures always)

:3 That sounds like a plan to me! I just hope to get my stride back for picture taking soon ; ;
