We’re often asked to mirror polish the entire shoe, but whilst that can look great on a display shelf, that type of finish doesn’t last across the parts of the shoe that flex during walking. Really that type of glacage is only suitable on parts of the shoe with internal construction such as the heel stiffeners that extend down the side of the shoe and, or course, the toe puff at the front.
