#capitalism hell

people love to be like oh landlords dont do any actual work like the rest of us, but like? a lot of disabled people cant do "actual work" either. people hate us because we collect ssi (if we can even get through those hoops) without working "real" jobs or creating any value that capitalism cares about. some of the stuff ppl say abt landlords sounds exactly the same. landlords DO suck but the way some of yall talk about them rlly shows that youre still stuck in a capitalist and christian and ableist mindset, where you think everyone should struggle to justify their existence, their right to food and shelter, their right to survive.

(even if I were qualified, I wouldn't have applied here)

Yes I do think we shouldn't fudge numbers and let the health inspection score slide. Yes I do think we should let things go unstocked, and when they ask why, we need to remind them that last year we weren't even able to achieve these quotas WITH A LARGER STAFF.

EXAMPLE: Yesterday I had a massive migraine and was trying to tough it out before I realized that it's not my fault that we don't have enough staff to function if I leave early. It's actually not my fault management is unprepared!

Then my coworker was really out there telling me she threw up that morning and felt terrible and sick and still came in as though that would change my mind.

I was like GIRL YOU SHOULD HAVE STAYED HOME. It's so unsafe to come into work sick (for food service work especially!!!) If things don't get done they don't get done. If management wants more done THEY'LL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE LABOR TO GET IT DONE.

And it's why the bar for quality, this very fake "I'm edgy" tone, visual, p0liTikz of it is THAT low, brain dead and soulless

now i don't know much about adi shankar BESIDES THE FACT HE'S A RIGHT WING GRIFTER but wtf happened between his Castlevania show & this

I'll let Castlevania fans judge the quality and possible decline and insider scoop.. so if there is a pattern or assumed decline on his ability to make a show, then go clarify it for the class

I won't be there for season 2 but i will watch it when i don't have anything else to do

Also despite the fact Devil May Cry 5 is getting another financial boost and success BECAUSE of the netflix show probably being so bad (or good and newcomers are thinking they're getting the same treatment🙃) THIS is not a win

It's just giving Capcom money without any actual quality media in this franchise. It's saying that their customers couldn't care at all if any other medium for Devil May Cry comes out, they dgaf they'll milk this franchise dry without any more care.

And it's most hardcore fans, especially it's most vocally obnoxious fans are gonna wonder and scapegoat shit, when they should know better and not give anymore attention to this netflix show, season 2 or that Gacha game be damned!

yup I'm including that god forsaken slop of a gacha game, it's also literally milking the hardcore fans' thirst and favoritism for the only version of Dante and Vergil that "matters" to their long degrading attention span..

I apologise for people who like the Netflix adaptation especially newcomers... Must be a shocker if you're new to the main continuity of the game series, the reboot standalone or its very open minded oh-so welcoming fandom🙃
