My legs feel like jello. I'm glad the rest of my workouts today are yoga. I know it won't be easy on my legs but the stretches will feel so good. Taking my time. Breaks between sessions. Not feeling great. But my body needs some loving. Lots of water. Just trying to get caught up. Next week is double workouts and derby and walks. I'm going to try to sub in some of the optional, more difficult workouts in where I can.
