Cantone è un piccolo paese che sorge a 500 metri di altezza. Sorge su uno sperone, compreso fra due valli nel cui fondo scorrono due affluenti del fiume Chiani: i fossi del Vallone e della Volpara, e si trova nel comune di Parrano nell’alto Orvetiano.
