I hadn't really thought about CanKor but you've now totally opened up my eyes. I really think they'd be a cute couple!
I went down a rabbit hole of trying to find canada x korea fanart and fanfiction, there should be more honestly. The ones I did find were sweet, like this one called sick and cold-front (this one's not completed but it gave me some ideas about their dynamic and whatnot). Also this fanart "costume change" by Pixiv user 弥々/ 30700082 (this is there new account). I absolutely love this peice of art it looks so cute and they look so happy and the poses are so dynamic.
I love that the idea that Korea just pops over and visits Canada whenever kinda like what America does. And I could totally see Canada asking Korea to teach him kpop moves and he totally gets wayy into kdramas. I love some headcanons people have for this dynamic, @/circlique's headcanons, the headcanons they wrote I could see happening. And I must admit that @/morkee's post made me laugh picturing Korea only hanging out with America to get closer to Canada.
I'm also really tempted to write a fanfiction about them now 🤔 Thank you for opening my eyes about this ship! Sometimes I wish there was more people to ship Canada with that have had actual interactions with him and now I got another one that'll hang around in my head!

Headcanons on Canada x Korea (romantic or platonic)?
- Did you know that Canada is canonically Korea’s favorite nation? (I think this was on one of Korea’s old bios).
- Canada is also a canonical nerd for anime and shit, so you bet he’s slowly turning into a kpop stan who begs Korea to teach him dance moves.
