Sugar Rush ~ [ Rise/Fall ] Of The School For Good And Evil
Summary - After having a sweet tooth and wanting sugar, Rafal has a burst of energy and goes bazarck over the rush of adrenaline causing Rhian to be unimpressed but is there a linger of a smile?.
Rafal, eyes wide and manic, practically vibrated with sugar-fueled energy. "AND THEN! And then, the Evers thought they could just—just—" He punctuated his sentence with wild gestures, a smear of frosting clinging to his cheek. Rhian, standing rigidly, stared back with a flat, unwavering expression. His lips were a thin, unimpressed line.
Rafal, oblivious, continued his tirade, voice escalating into a near-shout. "But I said NO! NO, I SAY! And then—" He paused, a sudden, bright smile spreading across his face. "Oh, look! More cake!" He lunged for a nearby plate, leaving Rhian alone with his silent, long-suffering stare."And then!" Rafal shrieked, a whirlwind of limbs and sugar-induced mania, "I told them—told them—" He punctuated his rant with a wild, frosting-smeared finger, nearly poking Rhian in the eye. Rhian, ever the picture of stoic composure, simply blinked. His expression remained a flat, unimpressed line.
Suddenly, Rafal’s attention shifted. "You know what you need?" he declared, grabbing Rhian's face between his hands. Before Rhian could react, Rafal plastered a sticky, frosting-covered kiss on his cheek. Then another on his forehead. And another on his chin. "More sugar!" he exclaimed, releasing Rhian and spinning away, leaving a trail of sugary chaos. Rhian, his face now decorated with Rafal’s sugary affections, remained motionless, his expression unchanged. Only a slight twitch in his eyebrow betrayed his inner turmoil. Rafal, meanwhile, skipped towards the dessert table, humming a nonsensical tune."And then," Rafal screeched, his voice echoing through the hall, "the little Evers thought they could outsmart ME!" He punctuated his sentence with a dramatic flourish, nearly knocking over a vase. Rhian, standing like a marble statue, simply raised a single, unimpressed eyebrow. His lips remained a thin, unwavering line.
Rafal, fueled by a dangerous cocktail of sugar and manic energy, seemed oblivious to Rhian's silent disapproval. He lunged forward, grabbing Rhian's face in his hands. "You're so tense!" he declared, his eyes wide and bright. "You need more...affection!" Before Rhian could protest, Rafal plastered a series of sloppy, frosting-laden kisses across his cheeks, forehead, and even his nose. "There! All better!"
He punctuated his "affection" with a final, surprisingly forceful kiss on Rhian's lips, leaving a sticky residue. Rhian, his face now a sugary canvas of Rafal's manic affections, remained utterly still. Only the faintest tremor in his jaw hinted at the inner battle he was waging. Rafal, meanwhile, skipped away, humming a jaunty tune and leaving a trail of sugar-coated chaos in his wake."And then," Rafal shrieked, his voice a sugar-laced whirlwind, "I told them, 'No! Absolutely not!'" He punctuated his declaration with a wild gesture, nearly sending a candelabra crashing to the floor. Rhian, ever the stoic observer, stood rigid, his expression a mask of unimpressed patience.
Rafal, undeterred, grabbed Rhian's face, his eyes sparkling with manic glee. "You need...sweetening!" he declared, and proceeded to cover Rhian's face with a barrage of sloppy, frosting-laden kisses. Forehead, cheeks, nose, chin – no surface was spared. He finished with a surprisingly tender, lingering kiss on Rhian's lips, leaving a sugary residue and a faint blush on Rhian's usually pale cheeks.
For a moment, Rhian remained still, his expression unreadable. Then, a slow, almost imperceptible smile spread across his lips. It was a small smile, barely a twitch, but it was there. A genuine, if slightly exasperated, smile. Rafal, noticing the change, beamed. "See? Much better!" he chirped, skipping away to find more sugary delights, leaving Rhian standing amidst the chaos, a faint smile playing on his lips and a sticky sweetness lingering on his skin.
