Steve and Tony agreed that the soldier would go wait at  the end of the aisle since his love asked him to marry him before Toy could do it. Sure he would’ve wanted to get  married at their tower but it couldn’t be helped. Besides  everyone he cared for was already there and both his best  friends would be giving him away to Steve. He pulled some strings to get Rhodey and Pepper to Wakanda and he let Bucky out of his cryo tube because there was no way Steve’s best friend wasn’t going to be at this wedding. Barnes could suck it up and  deal with being one of the most dangerous people in the room for a few hours, or years.  He hasn’t decided if he was going to break the machine or not.  Anyways, he shifted nervously as he waited for whatever music he was going to be walking down the aisle to, to come on. His  suit was a plain black one with a white under shirt and a blue tie that matched Steve’s uniform color Though it could also match his soon to be husband’s eyes. He heard the music and Pepper and Rhodey grabbed onto his arms and started walking with him down the aisle.  His eyes locked with Steve’s and he couldn’t help the grin that came over his face. It seemed like the aisle was far too long of a walk but  finally he got there and gripped onto the male’s hands right away, wanting to kiss him more then anything but held back. @ofsteveisms

Tony shrugged a bit and tinkered with the metalhe had in front of him. “ I know you do, Honey. Idon’t need to hear it all the time. But I love youtoo.” Sure it would’ve been nice to hear but he understood that Steve was busy nowadays withBucky and keeping them safe. He gave his boyfrienda smile to let him know he forgave him. 

Before Tony was kidnapped he was just getting to know Steve fucking Rogers, who apparently survived seventy years in ice. Damn his dad sure knew how to make a serum that would last. When he first met Steve he slammed the door in his face and took a few minutes to catch his breath because he was shocked that he came to see him.  After that they became close, it took awhile for Tony to trust Steve and vice versa. But Tony told Steve everything well almost everything. He told him about his time with Hydra but didn’t mention the group by name, just told him what he went threw in his ten years of being a captive for them.  Then he had to be kidnapped again and went missing for three months, having to build an arc reactor to keep him alive, and a  suit of armor to escape. He didn’t see Steve at all when he got back to the States and that shocked and hurt him. He figured  Steve would be with Pepper and Happy but whatever. After he shut down the weapons making in his company he went straight to his company to look at the giant arc reactor like the small one in his chest. He talked to Obie for a little bit before he left to go home, taking off the sling that hid the reactor from view. “J? You still here buddy?” He asked once he walked through the front door, fear crushing him just in case Jarvis wasn’t around anymore. “Of course, Sir. Anything you need?” Just hearing Jarvis’s voice had Tony shaking with relief and tears pulling in his eyes because he was safe, he was home with Jarvis, the one person that’s been with him since the first time he was kidnapped. “No, thanks though, J.” “Welcome home, Sir.” 

Tony managed to get out of the tower without much fuss from Steve since he had a meeting to go to and Pepper told him that if he missed another one she would kick his ass so he showed, took it over, pissed off some people then left, dodging Happy so he could walk the few blocks back to the tower.  He passed an alley way but stopped when he heard a whimper, causing him to back up and move into it slowly, spotting a box turned up side down with a furry tail sticking out of it. He made an ‘aww’ noise in the back of his throat and knelt down, picking up the box to see the very tiny Husky puppy underneath. His breath was stolen  when he seen one blue eye and one amber eye looking back at him.  He quickly shrugged off his coat and wrapped the poor little thing inside it, bringing it close to his chest as he stood and hurried the rest of the way to the tower. “J, my floor please.”  He muttered as he stepped in the elevator, ignoring the looks he was getting. He knew Steve would be on his floor, well he hoped he would be.  He stepped out of the elevator and looked around for the soldier as he kept the fur ball against his chest. “Steve? Honey? You up  here?” 

Tony went after Bucky by himself, needing to get Steve’s best friend back, hoping if he did that then him and the soldier would be okay. He didn’t want Steve to see his friend like he was, lost and confused so he hid Bucky away with him at one of his many  safe houses, making Jarvis keep his mouth shut about where he and Barnes were.  That was before Hydra found them, he didn’t know how until he remembered they forced him to put one tracker  in Bucky’s arm that Bucky wouldn’t be able to get out  himself, which he quickly got rid of before the room exploded. He controlled a suit to surround Bucky and drag his knocked out ass to the tower while Tony hissed in pain, feeling most of his ribs were broken and his chest hurt let hell, knowing his reactor took a huge hit. He was buried under the house and he was barley able to stay awake, hoping that Bucky would get to Steve in time. They weren’t far away from New York, less then an hour since  those were Jarvis’s terms for keeping silent. As long as they were close and as long as he could call Steve if something happened to them, which he hoped his AI did before Hydra blew up his house.  Fuck he hurt all over and it was starting to hurt to breath, he could feel the metal in his chest inching it’s way to his heart slowly, painfully and he feared he was going to die.  I’m sorry, Steve, was the last thought he had before his world went  black.
