i found my therapists house, not actively seeking, i drive by if its convienient to where im going but i also like it. I've told her this because i feel like its creepy not to. Ive also told her that i loathe myself for wanting to know about her life &getting this attached to her.I truely believe im a bad person & there r so many bad thoughts that i have& my biggest fear is that she will be scared of me or not like me, i'm 16 but do u think its cross the line? my thoughts r too clouded to tell

That is really complicated question. I can’t give you the answer you are looking for because it’s one that you’ll have to find for yourself. It’s going to vary person to person. You might want to explore this with a therapist or with someone you trust. I’m sorry you are feeling like this.
I wasn't really able to find anything online regarding my situation, mostly because I'm unable to word it properly. But I feel like my progress in psychotherapy will be decreased significantly since I live in a chaotic environment (and will for a long time), especially since I only have a 50-minute session each week. I don't know how to make most of these 50 minutes if my entire week will be consisting of everything that destroys my improvement.

I'm 23 and was diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder when I was 19. I was taking lexapro, abilify, adderall, and xanax for years until I eventually stopped on my own because I felt like I didn't need them anymore. (Wrong, obviously) talked to my doctor and she prescribed me lower doses of lexapro and abilify so I can build back up again to my normal dose, but I feel physically sick and overall just really shitty when I take these bow. Should I ask to be on a different medicine? What do you think?
