& WHO WOULD BE ABLE TO TELL? what with that bright - eyed, bushy - tailed nature of hers. but it's enough of a distraction to get cate into character, cocking her head at hazel. β the world wouldn't come crashing down if you skipped a class or two to nap, you know. β
it's not as if cate doesn't take detailed notes that she could look at later, yet here she sits. β unless there's a reason you're not sleeping? β it's a habit by now, prying into the lives of students. BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN she's not genuinely interested or concerned when something's wrong.
