Headed to the Brig
Or, at least, Optimus is pretty sure that's where he's headed. The corridors all look vaguely similar to him. Somewhere in the back of his processor, he can hear that scratching sound--it's almost constant, now. He's not irritated by it so much as intrigued. Where is it coming from? It must be some part in the base repairing itself.
Optimus hears voices ahead of him, and hurries forward as much as his injury will let him. When he reaches the brig, he sees Megatron speaking to Wheeljack in his cell, but something catches his optics and he walks right past them. He's not sure what, exactly, he's seeing. Something in his helm aches slightly, and the scratching noise gets just that much louder.

“I’m not sure the number of their forces, but it’s not large, probably not even double digits. Even just a few extra bots to lend a hand would be wonderful. We’ll be sending everyone besides myself in to extract Wheeljack.”

He opens up his comm. line after some thought, "Sorry to suddenly contact you out of the blue, but I heard a while back from a Ratchet that is neither mine nor yours that your Wheeljack is in a spot of trouble with the Autobots from our universe. While we have rescue plans ready to be put into action, our forces are small and I think collaboration would give us our best chance for success."
-This is news to Optimus. While he had been aware of Wheeljack's absence, he had not realized the level of danger his friend was in. Recalling his run-in with Ratchet's counterpart, Optimus breathes deeply and replies-
