You can add your favorite toppings to these delicious No Bake Oreo Cake Pops, which don't even need to bake. They're great as a sweet treat or as a party snack.
Ingredients: 1 package of Oreo cookies about 36 cookies. 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened. 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Decorative sprinkles or crushed Oreos optional. Lollipop sticks.
Instructions: Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a Ziploc bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until well blended. Form the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Insert a lollipop stick into each Oreo ball and place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Remove the Oreo balls from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's evenly coated. You can also add decorative sprinkles or crushed Oreos while the chocolate is still wet. Place the coated Oreo pops back on the lined baking sheet and allow the chocolate to set. Once the chocolate has hardened, your No Bake Oreo Cake Pops are ready to be enjoyed!
