These Chocolate Chunk Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies are the perfect combination of chocolate cake and cookies. They are quick and easy to make, with a soft and chewy texture that is loaded with gooey chocolate chunks.
Ingredients: 1 box chocolate cake mix. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 large eggs. 1 cup chocolate chunks or chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the eggs, vegetable oil, and chocolate cake mix in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Add the chocolate chunks or chips to the cookie dough and mix them in. Drop round balls of dough onto the baking sheet that has been prepared using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon. After the oven is hot, bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the middle is still a little soft. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way. Enjoy these chocolatey cookies that taste great!
