Making mother's day cupcake bouquets sounds like so much fun! Until your doing it, and the holder is designed in a way that makes it almost impossible to fit the listed amount. And the icing bag gets warmer the more you squeeze it, and the warmer the icing gets, the more it wants to fall off the cupcake. The cupcake that needs to be crammed against another cupcake at a 45° angle. It took me 4 hours to make 6.
