So... idk what Preston thinks of kids. But he strikes me as the awesome big bro type. And this was too cute to not draw. Cuz Chatfam on Discord keeps giving me feels and ideas!!! *shakes fist*

“We’re not lacking for business, Caitte. And! This makes it look like the car works.”

“It works. So long as you don’t need the engine.”

“Yeah well, I can add a note. Hiring Fusion Engineer. Experience with engines preferred.”

“Right. And how are we going to pay them?”

“Uhhh… Free pictures?”

“Right. Free pictures. With our brother’s camera. Who doesn’t even know you borrowed his camera.”

“Nihlus won’t mind.”

“Nihlus is going to hang you out with the laundry.”

Tanni and Caitte exchange glances before grinning widely. “Santa-ghoul-lady?”

“Totally santa-ghoul-lady.”

Tanni nods and then says, “We don’t really know who the lady was. Never got her real name. Dad sure tried. She insisted it was Santa. So, we just called her Santa. But she arrived in December, wearing a bright red pinstripe suit. Not a santa suit, mind you. A tailored pinstripe suit. She did have a white fur hat. Smelled like bleach and abraxo.”

Caitte then points at her orange bandana. “She had a large suitcase full of stuff that she said she was deliverin’ to kids for christmas! I got this bandana. Tanni got pistol. Trian a rifle.”

Tanni shakes her head. “Everyone over sixteen got a weapon of some sort. Everyone under got some variety of clothes. Waeren got socks. And Dortraas got a tie. It was... unique.”

“And fun!!”

“You just want her to come back and give you a gun.”

“Well yeah.”
