For those who are looking for something a little different, we have this red, black and white cafe inspired outfit. Everything was based around the saddle pad and my mare, Rosebelle. While I ultimately prefer the open shoes with the outfit, I went with the boots since it's Winter here. XD There are of course more options to match with, but these are just the ones I had on hand.

I wouldn't personally use it on a black horse simply due to the dark parts blending into the coat, but if you like that, then by all means go for it. :) Also probably wouldn't suit some of the Jorvik Wild horses with the blue points and most of the Magic Horses magical coats.
