Colca Canyon. At a depth of 10,725 ft (3,270 m) from top to bottom, it’s the second deepest canyon in the world, just shy of the depth of a neighboring canyon and twice as deep as the Grand Canyon in the US. In the spring it’s a trekker’s dream - bright green slopes and surrounded by snowy mountaintops in the distance - and an unforgettable landscape.
