       The youngest for of the first quintuplet of the Charlotte Family, Charlotte Counter, Charlotte Cadenza, Charlotte Cabaletta, and Charlotte Gala were born in that order. Unlike Opera, none of them bear Devil Fruit abilities, but they are known to use Haki. All of them except Gala fought Luffy at some point as he tried to get to his meeting point for Sanji. While that bearded man was once identified as Charlotte Gala, it was later confirmed that Gala has not appeared in the anime or manga yet. While everyone in the quintuplet shares the same head shape, they haven’t been identified as descendants of a unique race, and it’s more like that they’re father had a hereditary head trait.

i really like the outfit/palette/design i ended up with for her! i’ve attempted to redesign her several times before, but i never ended up liking anything as much as her original one. (until now that is)
