CA Migration: Priscillaâs Palace (The Misanthrope Village)
Priscillaâs palace, should one be able to find the code words for it, is located in Sector 003, where she spends the majority of her time. In contrast to the shady city, her palace looks like a bright and cheerful village. Itâs almost utopian, and there are a number of people wandering around, cognitions of NPC from the city.
At the back of the village there is a large castle, but entry is impossible until you complete several quests for the NPCs around the town. While they seem very friendly at first, theyâll drop hints that the Kingâs Knight is incompetent and should be fired. When their tasks are complete, no matter how well they are done, the NPCs will turn on the visitors, either violently or verbally. However, after five tasks, the castle can be entered.
The palace consists of four wings. The Princessâ Wing, the Princeâs Wing, the Queenâs Wing, and the Kingâs Wing. They have to be cleared in that order. Each of the wings involves having to defeat a shadow, mini-boss style, with the exception of the Kingâs Wing. At the end of the Kingâs Wing, theyâll finally come across Priscillaâs shadow, the Kingâs Knight.
Prisâ shadow is incredible over worked and near the point of collapse, but very obedient to the NPCs. Whenever she seems to be wearing down, she will be scolded by the NPC representing the king, whom she refers to as her father. Priscilla will try to drive the visitors out, but her boss fight is pretty pathetic. However, sheâll keep getting up every time the king insults her. Only when the king is attacked will she become serious...

                       [QUESTS.]
For the first week of this postâs launch, Final Fantasy-related quests will be issued. Most have incentives attached, while others are meant to strengthen the bonds of fellow Cittazens. Please note that (1) these are timed quests and are subject to expire, (2) any rewards offered may be redeemable only once per account, regardless of whether or not you decide to take on the challenge multiple times, & (3) ranking restrictions may apply to the options given.
Rumors of explosive creatures posted along small intersections, the bridging of districts, have been bubbling slowly. Formidable foes in their own right, these monsters possess the ability to cause major damage to the surroundings. If you choose to diffuse the situation, you will be gifted (1) REDEEMABLE COUPON for an explosive purchase in one of Hive Cityâs corresponding shops.
The Dance of DAEMONS.
Difficulty: â â â â â
Within the shadows lurk powerful beings who help to define the term 'night terror'. These hulking Titans act as reapers of the night, wielding gargantuan blades meant for immediate death. However, if you are so bold as to face one of these nightmares head-on, you will be gifted (1) REDEEMABLE COUPON for a weapon or item purchase in one of Hive Cityâs corresponding shops.
Times cited for the Daemonâs appearances are as follows: 8PM - 6AM EST.
The Quest for CACTUAR.
Difficulty: â â â ââ
This elusive creature has been the cause of a recent upset, if only because of the wealth it is said to bestow. If you are able to hunt this plantlike being within the targeted window, you will be gifted (1) REDEEMABLE COUPON for an item purchase in one of Hive Cityâs corresponding shops.
Times cited for the Cactuarâs appearance are as follows: 12AM, 3AM, 6AM, 9AM, 12PM, 3PM, 6PM, 9PM EST. Each horde remains for an entire hour.

All throughout Vario she feels the weight of unseen eyes upon her, noises just audible above the murmur of the crowds. Trailing footsteps, scales scraping dryly against dusty tile. Tiny, chirruping giggles. As Gwyndolin enters a small plaza with a dry fountain in the center, an empty glass soda bottle rolls to a stop across her path, clinking musically. The angle of the sun and the surrounding buildings cast the area into cool blue shadow.
âYou want to play, is that it?â she asks to the emptiness. âYou want to practice disguises? Shall I start?â
While sheâd never seen the creature in real life, sheâd seen illustrations in her research, and the illusion she cloaks herself behind is as accurate as she can manage. A small, sleek black fox with a thick ruff and a crimson crest of fur on its head. Just like the one that emerges from behind the fountain, ears twitching as it trots over to sniff at her. It chitters and hops back, light blooming and obscuring its body as it transforms into a copy of Gwyndolin, kneeling closer to her own illusionâs level.
âVery goodâŠâ She lets her own illusion dissipate in a shower of silvery leaves, reaching out to lightly touch her copyâs cheek. It mirrors the movement, smiling much too eagerly and broadly to be one of her own expression, but it does have the same pointed teeth. âAlmost perfect,â she tells it, slowly drawing the black and yellow ball from her purse. âWould you like to come with me? Iâll show you how to get it exactly rightâŠâ

She knew there was beach here! She just couldnât believe it took her so long to find it.
Being in the city for just over half a year now, Korra was still pleasantly (and unpleasantly, sometimes) surprised by what these so-called scientists could spring upon them.
This time was no different.
So, there was a beach. That was good. Granted, this wasnât the best time of year to be visiting said beach but since when did she care about such details? What intrigued her more was the little creature she spotted just on the shore. Blue, sort of like a turtle with a cute curly tail and Korra decided it was the more adorable little thing she had ever seen.
Better yet, it was waterbending.
Well, not really⊠she doubted it was called that but the⊠whatever it was, was casually spurting little fountains of water seemingly out of nowhere, without a care in the world. Just doing its thing as the morning passed them by. There was no way Korra could let an opportunity like this slip away.
âH-Hey, wait!â She reached out hesitantly the, instead moved her hand to push her hair out of her eyes. The Pokemon watched her, somewhat cautiously as though it were expecting her to make another sudden move. Korra could sense it was nervous so she did the first thing that came to mind.
âI wonât hurt you,â She reassured. âBut I can do that too! Well, sort of. Just watchâŠâ
She had no idea if it could understand a word she was saying but its eyes focused upon her intently as it waited for her to continue. Seeing that she wasnât going to be attacked just yet, she took that as her cue to start.
The Avatar gave a small laugh and made a swiping motion with her hand to dispose of the sphere. âNeat, huh? But hey, listen⊠I donât know what youâre trying to say but are we cool now? I didnât mean to startle you earlier. Iâm sorry.â
âOh! Youâre Squirtle, huh? Nice to meet you, Iâm Korra.â Squatting down, she extended a hand which was taken by Squirtleâs own then she was met with another jet of water to the face.
Cute and sassy. She loved this little guy⊠girl⊠she wasnât sureâŠ
(Guy, she eventually found out).
It was early afternoon when she had to leave. Her shift at the inn was starting soon and she had to say goodbye to her new friend⊠but Squirtle had ideas of his own. Vigorously shaking his head, it pointed and shouted at the belt around her waist. Of course, it took her a few moments but she eventually understood what he meant. Those strange spherical devices she had found in her bedroom one day⊠now she knew what they were for.
âYou want me to⊠catch you?â
âSquirtle!â A nod.
âYouâre sure?â
âSquirtle!!â Another nod, though somewhat impatient this time. Korra unhooked one of the pokeballs from her belt then asked, âWhat am I supposed to do with it?â
Squirtle made a tossing motion then pointed at himself, then placed his hands on his hips as he blew out another impatient sigh. Korraâs grin returned but shrugged, âAlright, alright⊠I guess if you wanna hang out with me that badly, Iâll let you come.â
Luckily she was right and Squirtle immediately leapt into her arms without giving her a chance to react. He seemed happy enough there so Korra picked up his pokeball and put it away. She didnât think heâd need it anyway.
Another small jet of water to her face just confirmed Squirtleâs happiness and Korra wouldnât complain. Besides, itâs not every day you meet a new little friend like Squirtle after all.

Night walks do wonders in calming the mind down, something that he's discovered to be good for him within the recent months. With nothing but the cool breeze and the quiet chirping of various insects to keep you company, there's a profound sense of peace that can be felt. It was usually through the sectors in which he walked, but tonight he stands in front of the entrance of a cave, ready to explored. In he goes, with only the dim light of his phone to guide him forward. Only does he stop walking when the sound of a groan echoes reverberates off of the walls. Whatever it was, it didn't sound human in the slightest but it didn't deter him from continuing on.
As he continues on, soon enough there's an end to the tunnel he'd been so far following and it opened up to reveal a small lake and at the edge of it lay a large creature, clearly the source of the painful cries he had heard not too long ago. He hurries as fast as he's able, crouching forward and holding his phone at an angle so that he'd be able to see just what was wrong with the creature.
A closer look allows him to see what it looks like. Large with blue hide and a horn rested in the center of its forehead, a heavy gray shell adorning it's back and upon further inspection, four blue flippers and one of which had a large gash. It's hurt, clearly. But he's not exactly sure what he can do for it. He'd heard of the migration of strange creatures in the city and there was only one person who came to mind that would be able to help him, but he was no longer here.
He stands up, hand in chin as he desperately tries to think of something--anything--that he'd be able to do to stop the pain. He wasn't an expert at these things and it's only then does he remember that there is one other person that he can reluctantly call. Flipping through the contacts of his phone, he stops and hovers over the call button of the name âLeoâ before finally pressing to initiate it. It's late, so it's not really expecting an answer, but when a voice comes onto the other line, he only sighs before he begins, âI need your help.â Never in his life would he have thought that he'd have to ask him of all people.
âIt's about...a creature from your home world. I've found one and it's hurt, I don't know what to do to help it and there was only one person I could have asked, but N is gone now and--â he realizes that he's probably talking to much and should stick to his original request. âI realize itâs late, but can you come?â
