“This isn’t what it looks like.” Mark started, after the other guy took off. His eyes went to Sofie. Okay, maybe it was exactly what she was thinking but he could explain it all.

Moving into his place with Maggie, there was a small sigh that escaped his lips. Seeing Sofie on the couch. “I’m not sure what all he did to her but I’ll take care of his body. You guys don’t have to worry about that.” He told her softly, after he moved over to her. “She did it. She umm..killed him.” He was a little bit bruised but he would be alright.

Mark was doing the finishing touches on his garage. Every since that stuff with Evie he had been focusing on his work. Hearing the thunder, the next thing he heard was the rain, followed by a loud knocking. Heading over to the door, Mark opened it. And that was when he seen Sofie standing there. “Sofie..” He moved aside to let her in. “Looks like we aren’t going anywhere.” There was a small sigh that escaped his lips. It wasn’t like he hated her or anything like that. He had strong feelings for her at one point and he had just buried them. “I have some extra clothes if yours are wet.”
