Flashback to Gabby in prison

Gabby was feeling stir crazy stuck in here. It was hellish. The way the guards and other inmates looked at her when they saw the collar made her feel like she wanted to fight back, but she knew she shouldn’t. She knew that it would only undermine what Matt Murdock was trying to do for her. Still, Gabby had fought so hard not to be trapped anywhere any more. And now she was stuck here. Suffice to say, she was FRUSTRATED. 

When Warren made his comment, she tried to smile, but it didn’t have quite the same quality has it had the first time he’d come to see her. 

“I had kind of hoped I’d never end up locked up like this again.”

Adrian threw the folder he was looking through on his desk, letting out a dramatic sigh and allowing his head to tilt back so he was looking at the ceiling. It felt like he had been stuck there for half a lifetime already, digging through old case files and unsolved murders. Trying to find some sort of connection with anything anywhere “I need to get out of this fuckin’ room” he mumbled as his chair fell back forward “You wanna grab a coffee or something?”

Despite her recent talk with Rafael, the latest events still gnawed at her conscience. The terrible weekend over, her idol left, her friends busy. It should have been okay by now but somehow it wasn’t and no matter how much she tried, the girl couldn’t truly handle it. She missed her family and part of her old life. With sad eyes she watched the people pass her seemingly careless and guilt-free with a confidence she didn’t think she had ever had. The day probably would have moved on the same way until her free time was over hadn’t someone bumped into her.. or was it the other way around? She really couldn’t tell, however, her eyes widened apologetically at the man. Her worries at least temporarily forgotten. 

“Oh my god, I’m so sorry!”, Fern breathed hastily, eyes checking his body for any bruises, silly as it was. “God, I’m so clumsy I- Never mind, it’s my fault, I shouldn’t have just stood there or I was..” Her voice broke and she glanced away, trying to find the right words before swallowing. “I- Honestly, I don’t really know what I was doing but I am sorry”

“Well I had to meet with my sister and her fiance last week, something about settling on seating arrangements for their wedding” Ruby knew Warren’s was a loaded question and she knew that lunch with her sister was not what he wanted to hear about, she fought a wry smile. “Oh and I did a fair bit of shopping, none of which you’ll like of course” She paused for a long moment, staring into his face “ You’re asking if I’ve fucked anybody else? Or do other things come under the term ‘had’? ”

What Elijah had just done broke several rules and could potentially get him – the both of them – expelled. However, as he watched the boy with whom he has just, er, performed illicit activities get dressed slowly, he just couldn’t bring himself to care. Elijah himself was only half-dressed. His shirt was nowhere to be seen, but he wasn’t too interested in finding it at the moment. 

With a soft curve of his lips, he pulled the other boy closer to his body. Their noses were touching and they brushed their lips against each other’s. Then, the door creaked open and they jumped away, leaving a step between them.

Startled, the blond-haired Slytherin snapped his head towards the Prefect Bathroom’s entrance and cursed. However, as he saw Warren enter he sighed, suddenly relieved. At least, he wouldn’t say anything. If it hadn’t anyone else, Elijah would have been fucked (and not in a fun way). 

“Warren! Lovely to see you; here for a bath?” he exclaimed, adding a charming smile at the end. He acted as nonchalantly as he could, feeling the petrified body of the other student beside him. “Er, Chris, right? Maybe you should go.” He casually said, gently pushing him away and motioning to the door Warren has just come through.

Bobby still was reeling from the sudden night of binge drinking to waking up to one of the worst years of his life along with the sudden arrival of space robots. He was stressed, anxious, pissed, and a wave of emotions he usually avoided. Emotions were something he had to keep in check, especially with his ice abilities that are capable of freezing people and causing more problems then they needed. Without even thinking, Bobby quickly encased his body in ice, and traveled his usual means of ‘ice-surfing’ to someone that somewhat knew how to ease his nerves. When he arrived, Bobby immediately knocked on the door. “Warren. I hope to god that you’re still living here. There’s not many places I remember you living in 2012, but I’ve been drunk here enough times to somewhat remember. Please tell me you have a drink or something.  Whatever happened, I’m no longer in complete control of my abilities. I guess whatever happened erased my years of training. ”

It was strange going out on her own now but she’d graduated her little lessons, so to speak. Cold fingers laced around the warm hand on the man she walked beside. She’d chosen him because he was easy and she was hungry. He was tall and a bit more heavy set, she could take more blood without risking his health. Avery had picked him up from the Sanatorium, it seemed like he wanted to be fed from. She should have been able to restrain herself long enough to reach his home but the grumbling in her stomach was becoming painful.
