“Thanks again, Molly. Yeah, we will be there soonish.” Eric slipped his phone into his pocket. He never thought that they would be spending Christmas in the hospital but then again he didn’t expect their son to be born under these conditions either. Eric just wanted their son to know that they were still there. Not going anywhere until they were able to bring him home. “How are you feeling, love?” He questioned, looking over at Imogen for a moment. He knew there were no words that he could say to bring back her grandfather. Richard had been a good man, so naturally Eric offered to pay for everything. This was the Ford clan wouldn’t be worried about that. Granted he was sure Richard had a plan but still. He felt useful and helpful paying for it.

“Hey, kid.” The blonde smiled the moment that she saw her daughter. “You are my first stop. Figured I’d get Daniel afterwards.” The honeymoon had been amazing but they couldn’t stay that long due to Lauren’s job. “How are things going?” 

Emma wasn’t sure how long she had driven around for. She just felt like she couldn’t focus on anything. Sighing a little bit, she parked the car and got out. Looking around some, she moved over to the boathouse. Looking at the unfinished boat for a moment. Maybe working on it would help a little bit. But she felt bad because Imogen, wasn’t here. This was their project granted it was for the blonde but still. It was nice working on it together. Sighing a little bit, she took off the jacket and hung it up before she started to get to work. Of course she didn’t want to over work herself but this was actually helping.

Hearing a noise though, the redhead stopped. That was when she peeked her head up some. Seeing Imogen, she sighed in relief and moved to get off the boat. “It’s late. What are you doing here?” She questioned, as she started to wipe off her hands. “I mean not that you can’t be here because obviously it’s yours. It’s just really late and I wasn’t expecting anyone.” Was she rambling? Maybe a little bit.

Dexter looked through the glass at baby Richard, he was so tiny. But he wanted to support his family. “Hey kiddo.” He smiled over at for a moment before looking back to the window. “He looks stronger today.”

Richard smiled when they walked through the door of the shop. “And just what are my two favorite ladies doing here?” He moved out from behind the counter and over to Imogen to hug her.

The redhead had to give them an answer. Eric had a plan, he wanted her to become the Mayor without the secret council. That was now ran by himself and several other people. She wanted to give the town back to the people and he supported that. Maybe it was because of how long  they had known each other or something. Nina was watching the twins and she still had yet to talk to her about this. Their whole lives were about to change because well Emma was going to accept this job. “So your husband has decided to ask me to be Mayor.” She just assumed that Imogen knew about the council because it didn’t seem like there were much secrets between the Matthews anymore. She walked in front of her in the woods. Moving over a hill, she held her hand out to Imogen this way she wouldn’t fall or anything like that. “Watch your step, love.”

“Hey.” Megan smiled when Imogen opened the door. “I can’t stay long but I wanted to talk to you. Can I come in for a minute?”
