The best/worst aspect of my depression must be feeling like I'm actually not doing the whole depression thing very well. Like my depression is below average. The only voice I hear in my head is my own, other people do it better or live with worse. I feel I shouldn't talk about it, I'm taking time/attention away from people with 'real' depression. Omg you're like a little bit sad and scared. Get over it,  the audience paid for gritty, nail biting and edge of the seat shit. I then imagine everything that that positive psychologist said last year was totally right, 'Just do stuff and think happier thoughts, live in the moment and don't be so hard on yourself. You haven't really thought about harming yourself so you're not that bad. You just need to talk to your friends more and stuff will work out fine when you finally get a job.' A year later he could be on to something, but I doubt it.
