the thing is, c!ikari isn’t the best person either. like. at all? at minimum they’re are a thief, a criminal, (mostly) lacks empathy and sympathy, and have like. commited way too many crimes? but they’re also immature. thats not a crime.
except when Eleven calls it the source of all of Ikari’s havoc and punishes them for it. out of everything they were punished for, it was. IT WAS FOR BEING IMMATURE. IT WAS FOR BEING ANNOYING. THAT WAS NOT A CRIME BUT THEY WERE PUNSHED FOR IT.Â
like in theory if i were to release the events of rpd!universe (well as neatly and cut up as i can cause organisation is a mess) then i expect there would some poeple be going “but eleven had a point/ ikari kinda had it coming”. maybe, i could see that. ikari IS trying to disrupt a utopia world because they’re selfish, bored, scared, and spiteful. But like. the final “season”/episode. that shit is out of bounds. they did not deserve that. this may also be because our characteres were just masks between us and the people playing them. but like. in-universe that was litteraly so fucked up. like what the fuck ?Â
litterally feel so bad for ikari my god. almost everything is played for laughs for them, they don’t regret what they did (they can) but they don’t understand why what they did is bad. litterally.Â
