i really hope there is a verbal line in vol 2 of someone confirming mileven broke up during the 18 months or SOMETHING just so their is concrete verbal evidence that they were infact broken up.

i was having major byler doubt after really looking at the field flirting scene because mike's reaction could really be taken a couple ways.
i was having a really hard time deciding what mike's reaction really was. he didn't look disgusted, so i didn't think it was that, but at first maybe he was just a little shocked or like "this is new" OBVIOUSLY and then walked away or maybe he was seriously flustered. regardless, that scene gave me a bit of byler doubt because i was debating all the different ways that this could be taken and what his reaction actually was but the table read gave me much, much more hope.
their reactions, being all giggly, "mike didn't clock it" which that specifically helped me to understand what his thoughts were, he just didn't take much thought to it.
why would they be all giggly otherwise??? i mean i thought two things:
they ship byler so that's why it's a giggly moment, but its not canon
they ship byler and it is canon and it's actually really happening now.
obviously the second one was what i was really thinking, but still, the doubt was eating me alive.
case closed, no more byler doubt.
