Since I've talked about Jakotsu and Byakuya and a potential relationship between these two I realized that Jakotsu absolutely isn't Byakuyas type at all. As much as Byakuya isn't Jakotsus type.
Byakuya likes them mature and calme. He dislikes childish attitudes and hot temper. He also like them older and when they can dominate him in one way or another. Which shows best in the only two people he's kinda interested in: Sesshomaru and Sango.
He's attracted to Sesshomaru mainly for his looks let's be honest but I can tell he also likes his character traits. And his love language is provoking someone and putting salt in their wounds. He did this with Sesshomaru and Sango.
So no, Jakotsu is definitely not his type at all. But they would make great friends.

Why does no one talk about Byakuya as a villan and that it makes him incredibly dangerous that he's so unpredictable?
Real. Byakuya is fucking unpredictable.
