I spent a lot of time alone during my last trip to Berlin. It was Winter, after the holidays, the city was gray and quiet. I really enjoyed myself, though. I rode the trains, got off station after station, continued shooting for my U-Bahn project. I’m an observer, and as I capture the stations from every angle I also watch the people. Different trains stations have different etiquette, different energy, vastly different people. 

When I started this project I was originally going to just shoot all of the most mono-chromatic stations, the most colorful. After riding as many as I have so far, I just decided to shoot them all - all of the underground stations. Might as well give myself another excuse to go back sooner than later.
