Here’s a darling photo of me pre op for a minor surgery on my dairy aire to correct a fissure that occurred back in ‘04 but reappeared during childbirth. I’m not sure why I waited so long to get this done (fear.fear.pain.fear.no thanks to surgery.fear) but I’m elated that I did (Thanks to the advice from the best PT, Andy Symula). If you are having pains in your booty area, I’ve got a great person to recommend (thanks to @iwontjudge) & if you’re in need of a PT, I won’t tell you as I’m selfishly keeping him all to myself.
