3.22.26 // Sumo block pulls today @ 175#. This was my first time doing these, and I only started learning sumo last night - but it's a start. 3.21.16 // From not being able to pick the bar up to doing a quick set of 5...not bad for the first time! I'm either a quick learner, or I've got good teachers 😎 I don't see sumo ever replacing my conventional deadlift, but it'll be fun to try. Also tried out low bar squats for the first time tonight.
