Got an 05 furb for £5 from a charity shop! The colours are so pretty, it’s the white one with light blue and purple hair and a light purple tummy. It works, but it’s a bit sluggish, the eyes struggle to blink, the mouth doesn’t move but all the sensors are fine and the voice is quieter than my other 05s which is really lovely. I’m going to see if I can get it moving a bit better, but I love her.

I messaged the person I bought the missing parcel off because it should’ve shipped on the 5th of January and it’s not here even though things that shipped a full week later have made it here. It’s been snowing the last couple of days, but it should’ve been here before that even happened, I’m so worried, I keep imagining my little furb just in a bag (or box if I’m lucky) sitting somewhere cold and alone. I was polite and just asked when they shipped it, but ah I’m so scared. It wasn’t expensive (£15 including shipping for a blue Connect) but it’s not nice to imagine it being lost out there.
My giant unicorn meowchi is in the country, I paid the custom fees so I should have it before the end of the week ^_^
Also bought  a phone case, some books (some were pre-orders) and some workout gear (dumbells, resistance bands).
Probably going to start keeping my tmi/potentially triggering posts in the tags, this’ll be the first post on my blog where I do it, it’ll be a pain to type but I’ll worry less about upsetting any of my followers by talking about my life since I’m in a kinda different place for me rn. (in tags of this post: sex mention, drugs mention, alcohol mention)
I wrote out an exercise plan for myself, just some basic stuff, no equipment just using bodyweight for now. And stretches because my knees and ankles are really weak and I have really limited motion in my ankles/achilles. I’ve been working on the ankles for a while now and while improvement is slow I can now touch the wall with my knee while having my toe against the wall, not a normal range of motion but I couldn’t even get close before so hey, improvement. Some things have had to be modified to accomodate my ankles until they stretch out to have enough motion to allow proper squats and lunges. I’m also hoping that this’ll help alleviate the hip troubles I’ve been having for the last couple of years. Gonna do it every day when I get in from work, that way it’ll become routine/habit.
Once I’m less embarrassingly bad I’ll join a gym, maybe get a personal trainer if I feel like I need one.
But I’m doing something at least.
