one. aggressive kiss

                           it's a thoughtless action. as queen, she'd often had to mind her tongue, smile when required and play the part she was expected to play. when the king died, that part had shattered and she was free to act as she so chose. it wasn't easy winning over the guard. some were far too loyal to leopold and simply had to go -- but others could be convinced.

            regina's not a whore. never has been, never will be, but she knew how to play the game. she knew that women in power had to do things men didn't -- that's how it worked in mist haven. a king could rule without a queen, but a queen couldn't rule alone. without some... stipends, that is.

                   if regina couldn't threaten them, she seduced them. more often than not, they were left to their own devices, hot and bothered and regina would have had what she wanted in the palm of her hand, a smirk to match the power she'd felt at being able to control someone, rather than be controlled herself. her knights learned not to argue with her. they'd either lose their heads or their hearts if they tried -- but regina was unpredictable, growing more and more unstable as each day passed with snow white alive. graham was the first she'd kissed for no other reason than to shut him up. it'd only happened three more times after that.... four, counting today.

       she hadn't realised what she'd done until she'd done it, simply wanting zelena to stop talking. the red head was annoying her for the better part of an hour, but regina'd said nothing, done nothing, because that's what sisters do, right? annoy each other... eventually, it'd become to much and she'd snarled, felt the evil queen rise from deep within as she shot forward, pressed her palm against zelena's neck, thumb one side of her chin, fingers digging in to the other.
